I can't even describe how great the food was here it was honestly amazing. I never leave any reviews on this app but i just had to for Eduble Chefs. We ordered the chicken fried rice, beef fried rice, and the single burger and everything was very delicious. Also the staff was extremely nice and very considerate! I hope more people give them a try because i promise you they will not disappoint!

I love this place. The food is amazing.I like the concept and it has a very friendly atmosphere and staff. Going to be one of my regular places to eat for sure!

This may have been the best vegan burger I’ve ever had - The Doobie. There’s a variety of sauces to choose from, amazingly crafted toppings, and great options for sides (the sweet potato waffle fries were A++!) The food was 5 stars and so was the service — Christian, the founder, came to our table and chatted with us about the business and food, and even gave us a complimentary artisanal ice! (also amazing)

In the 5 days I stayed in the Wynwood area I ate at this food truck twice, and I was blown away both times. The first time I ordered the Doobie burger (which is a double patty plant based vegan burger) with seasoned waffle fries, and I believe a lemonade of sorts. I have zero complaints. I consumed the burger so quickly I didn't have time to photograph it. The second time I visited I ordered the Esculent bowl and l can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The bowl contains veggies and impossible burger meat but the coconut milk reduction is the real hero of this dish. Your taste buds will truly thank you for the experience if you come and eat here. I had the chance of meeting the owner and his enthusiasm and passion is reflected within the menu. The lady who took my order was really kind and walked me through all of the ingredients, which I appreciate as I do have some food allergies. If you come to Miami you must find your way here vegan or not; you will not regret it.

i'm visiting from atlanta & this was the highlight of the trip! deliciously seasoned food & the people there were so nice + great live dj! the loaded fries plus item is a must-have :)

This place was so good. Went on a random night, on the hunt for some vegan food. I got the fried chicken and broccoli dish which had great flavor and filled me up. Tasted so good i just had to order another from the far out east part of the menu to go. The sausage fried rice even tasted good the next day . Definitely recommend this spot to anyone even if you're not vegan. And ask for the salsa de sanchez.

This place is one of Miamis hidden gems for vegan food. I had a burger here with waffle fries and the food was so fresh and delicious. I am currently positively full and really appreciated the quality of food for the money we laid. The sauces were incredible as well. Extremely knowledgable, friendly, and impressive tech in the truck! If you are vegan, definitely check this place out! Super glad We ran into this place. Def need to come back and try more menu items!

Wow! Our meal was just excellent! This was the best veg burger that I ever had, every ingredient was top quality and so carefully prepared. It is that one burger that looks exactly like the picture with its perfect lettuce curves and soft bread- and tastes even better. Fries were crispy and flavorful and they come with house-made sauces. If you are in Miami you must try these burgers! They also have perfect gluten-free buns, not like the ones that start crumbling at the sight of the patty. 😋 outdoor patio is so cozy as well, perfect place if you don’t want to listen to the hum of a crowd while eating. Owner was so kind and gave us all super good vibes!
